KILTED! is a philosophy that I developed to help guide my quest for better health. In a nutshell, it defines the process I am using to improve my physical and mental health. And if you don’t have one, don’t worry, you don’t have to wear a kilt to get KILTED!

So why is KILTED! In all caps? Because like all good things, its an acronym.

So there you have it: the Key to getting KILTED! But what does it all mean and how do you apply it to your health goals?

Kilted also means ditching your pants every once in a while and putting on a Kilt while you do the things above! I won’t be kilted all the time, but sometimes I will. I’ll also throw in my opinion of when the kilt is appropriate, inappropriate. And when it is necessary.
