Fitness First is my monthly fitness update and the first post I publish each month.  Unfortunately, the last few months have not seen good progress and even some regression in my weight.

In the months since returning from Scotland, I have not managed to get back into a regular fitness routine and therefore have not been able to maintain my weight loss progress. Furthermore, I have put the pounds back on and been hovering around the 290 mark for over two months.

Since I have no progress and am not “living the life” I will be temporarily suspending the Fit First Posts until I can get back in the swing of fitness.
