After a solid recovery to my cycling habit in May, June has been a needed improvement of that habit. I logged 25 days cycling throughout June including 12 rides over 20 miles in the last 2 weeks!
The key is to just do it. Get on the bike and pedal. If you miss a day, get back on the next, because as soon as you skip 2 its harder to get back on and get going.
However, I am now at Summer Camp with the Boy Scout troop and missing 6 consecutive days of cycling, so we’ll see how quickly I can recover from this loss of momentum.
